The Bettina Coover Memorial Scholarship Applications are due by March 28th, and can be picked up at the High School from any of the Guidance Counselor's Offices. The Bettina Coover Memorial Scolarship is awarded to an underclassmen for their contribution to theater or fine arts, to attend an art/theater summer camp.

Volunteer Opportunities
Acting: Have you ever dreamed of tripping the light fantastic? Many of our actors have never been on stage before. We will work with you so that you won’t literally break a leg! Director: What can be better than having a whole cast to order around? Want to learn? Volunteer to be an assistant director. Singing: Have a voice like an angel? Is your voice almost angel-like? Mostly on key? We need volunteers to join our chorus and sing solos. Dancing: Do you have rhythm? Do you have music? Do you have sunshine? Who could ask for anything more? Certainly not us! Call us today! Instrumental: You don’t have to toot your own horn, you can toot ours. We need people to join our orchestra. Musical Director: Do you march to the beat of a different drum? Show us how to make beautiful noise by volunteering as a musical director. Costume Design and Construction: Do you see yourself winning Project Runway? Will Academy Award nominees be wearing your creations on the red carpet? Get your start with the Junction City Little Theater. Brad and Angelina will be impressed. Stagecraft: Is your favorite channel HGTV? Are you a weekend warrior? Then you can probably help design and create our stages. Let us wake up your hidden interior designer! Stage Manager: Do you finish other people’s sentences. Is your credo a place for everything and everything in it’s place? We have a place for you! Play Reading: Are you a reader, not a fighter? Join this committee to locate and recommend plays for production. Public Relations: Are you a people person? Do you fancy yourself a writer? We need people with these skills too. |
